365 Project – week 14

April 10, 2013 by Nat & Tim 5 Comments

As the snow melts away…

Spring, the time after winter’s frost and before summer’s unbearable heat.  We’re at that moment in time when everything is monotone, greys, browns…dead. When the snow melts away and the discarded appear. Soon there will be blooms and new life. I look forward to bike rides and sunshine.

I spent the week working, eating too many beets and catching up on French tv shows.

Curiously, I ate/drank a lot of beets too. It was spring here up until yesterday when we went from +20C to today’s forecast high of +1C, and last night’s low of -15C. Fortunately we didn’t get big dump of snow that was promised. Just a couple of cm and they’ll melt today.

I can’t wait for the consistently warm weather. Another month….

🙂 We’re expecting that dump of snow on Friday, 20 cm, I’ hope they’re wrong!

i can’t believe the week has gone so fast that we are even at that question! So busy with a bunch of projects…and of course, as an avid traveler, planning, researching and organizing a ton of trips – some big and small! Sadly, none of them will help me escape the 20 cm snow dump we are expecting! Poor planning on my part! I leave just after the snow!

I’m really enjoying the design and layout of your website. It’s a
very easy on the eyes which makes it much more enjoyable for me to come here
and visit more often. Did you hire out a developer to create your theme?
    Outstanding work!
